Students can book up to 5 sessions per week depending on their tutor’s availability. We kindly ask that you respect our tutors’ time and the efforts of our amazing volunteers.

Totally okay! Your tutor will guide you, and it’s a safe space to learn at your pace. We’re here for you no matter where you’re starting from. :)

It depends on your tutor’s availability. Please reach out to your tutor directly to discuss the possibility of extending your session.

Please be respectful of our tutors' time. Students who miss more than three sessions will not be able to book additional sessions for the next two months.

Of course! We want you to feel comfortable. Just let us know if something isn’t working or if you'd like to work with someone new.

Nothing at all! PinkGap tutoring is 100% free. Our mission is to remove financial barriers and make academic support accessible to everyone.
